Kathryn Faye "Mickey" Williams
1929 - 2002

Daughter of James and Ola Pounds. Born April 27, 1929 in Spur, Texas. She was a retired LVN. She loved to dance, go to Boomtown and play dice and cards with her family. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She loved the Lord and went to be with Him on July 4, 2002 in Grass Valley, CA at the age of 73.

She was loved by and will be missed by those who survive her. Daughter, Kathryn Niesen of Rough & Ready, owner of Kathys Hallmark, son, Randy Cassel of Penn Valley, co-owner of Paulettes Country Kitchen, daughter, Candy Nelson of Susanville, CA. Sisters, Benna Hayworth of Lamont, CA and her children and Lil Way of Vancouver, Washington and her children. Brother, Wayne Pounds of Bakersfield, CA and his children. Nieces, Debbie Clark of Penn Valley, Pat Silva of Grass Valley, Barbara Burkhart & Debbie Rasmussen of San Jose. Nephews, Jim (Dink) Rosatelli of Sacramento and Ricky Gillispie of San Jose. 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren: Brian Craig & Jenna Nelson, Jesse, Jason, Perry, Laurel & Heather Niesen, Coleman, Brene & Christian Cassel and David. Great-grandchildren: Erik & Sierra Niesen, Nicole Niesen, Samuel, Noah & Glory Niesen. Dylan & Jason Niesen-Mogl, Conner & Cade Cassel.

She was predeceased by: great-grandson, Samuel River Niesen of Rough & Ready in 1998, sister, Lucille Gillispie in 1932. Twin-sister, Billie Jean Rosatelli Bolton (Nene) in 1997.

Funeral Arrangements made by Hooper & Weaver Mortuary. Her family & friends celebrated her life at the Niesen Ranch on Sunday, July 7, 2002. Her final resting place is by her twin sisters side in the Arvin Cemetery in Bakersfield, CA.
