Lois Marian Hall
1919 ~ 2011

Funeral services will be held in the First United Methodist Church of Taft on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. for longtime Taft resident, Lois Marian Hall, 91. Private burial will be in the Bakersfield National Cemetery.

Mrs. Hall was born in Iola, Kansas on October 17, 1919 and passed away in Bakersfield on February 20, 2011.

Mrs. Hall had made Taft her home for the last 52 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Soroptimist Club of Taft and the Taft Petroleum Club. Mrs. Hall was an avid Bridge player and enjoyed golfing. She was an artist and enjoyed painting in oils and acrylics. Mrs. Hall will be remembered as a great wife, mom and the anchor of the family.

She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Hall, in 2010. Her survivors include her husband of 67 years, her daughter and her husband, her son, her daughter-in-law, her eight grandchildren, and her ten great grandchildren.

There are no visitation hours scheduled and the services are under the direction of the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home.
