Allie [Dobson] Hill
1950 - 2007

Allie was born in Franks, Oklahoma, the youngest of seven children to Charlie and Mattie Dobson.

She came to Bakersfield in the early 40's where she worked as a bookkeeper for the Ray Lobre Insurance Co.

She met and married Ben "Snooks" Hill and they had one daughter, Brenda.

Allie was an active member of her church and gave her life to the Lord at a young age.

She loved taking care of her home and cooking great meals for her family. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor.

Allie is predeceased by her husband, Ben and daughter, Brenda.

She leaves three grandsons, Frank Farley, Steve Farley, Keith Post and several great grandchildren. To rejoice in her homegoing are her nieces, Sharon Judd and Lynda Knowlton; also her dear friends, Violet Curlee, Ivan Helm and Tony.

Thank you so much for your prayers and visits, it meant so much.

On this earth Allie was blind, but today she sees and what a great reunion is going on in Heaven.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 19th, 11:00 a.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Chapel Lawn.
