© The Bakersfield Californian Friday, 10 July 2009 Therisa Ann Smith Funeral Services are being held on Monday July 13, 2009 at New Mount Calvary Baptist Church (402 E. El Segundo, L.A. CA. Interment will be in L.A. Rose Hills Cemetery. Therisa was born September 8, 1946, she attended Potomac Elementary School, Lincoln Jr. High School and B.H.S. Therisa was preceded in death by her 2 sisters, Naydene Nelson (Clark), and Wendy Lyons. She leaves to celebrate her homegoing her mother, Ceola Herring; father, Wilbert Smith ; 3 daughters, Connie Bryant, Nolisa Lee, and Toni Black ; 3 sisters, Linda Perry, Jocelyn Collins, and Marceda Grimes; 4 brothers, Wilbert JR., Gary Grimes, Ray Lyons, and Kevin Jones. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and a host of relatives friends, and 1 special aunt, Mrs. Dorothy Smith of Bakersfield.
