Jon William Waters
1958 - 2008

Jon William Waters, age 49, born March 19, 1958 in Bakersfield, CA, passed away January 27, 2008 after an automobile accident in Big Sur, CA.

As a graduate from Fresno State University, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Agri~Business Administration.

Jon worked with his stepfather, Eugene Nalbandian, in farming and grape growing based in Arvin, CA. He currently farmed oranges in Edison, CA.

Jon is survived by his wife, Mitzi Marie Waters; his six children, Derek, Carly, Wendy, Jared, Jacob, and Justin Waters. He also had one grandson, Jaymes Waters.

Jon's family will greatly miss his love and dedication. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.

He is also survived by his father, Bill Waters of Morro Bay; mother, Carolyn Courtney; and two sisters, Nancy Nalbandian and Marci Hutson.

Jon's intelligence, good humor, hard work and love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him.

Viewing will take place at The Paul Mortuary, 390 Lighthouse Ave., Pacific Grove, CA, on Sunday, February 3, 2008 from 2:00~6:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, #1 Skyline Forest Drive, Monterey, CA, on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with the Interment to follow at San Carlos Cemetery.
