© The Bakersfield Californian Wednesday, 16 January 2008 Lonna Nagle Lonna Nagle, 69, passed away peacefully at her home in Oceano, CA, on Friday, January 11, 2008. Lonna was born in Tallequah, OK, on December 19, 1938, and moved to California when she was a small child. She raised her family in Bakersfield, relocating to Oceano in 1997, after her husband retired from the Bakersfield Fire Department. Lonna enjoyed cooking, traveling, crocheting, bingo, bowling and growing roses. But her greatest passion was her family. Whether chatting, playing Yahtzee, Sorry, or Clue, or watching the same comedy over and over with her grandchildren, she always found great pleasure and plenty of laughter when she was with her family. Lonna was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Lahoma Campbell. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, John R. Nagle; son and wife, Steven and Cheryl Cobb; daughter and husband, Terrye and Richard Steiner; daughter and husband, Carla and Brian Clayton; 11 grandchildren, Tracie (Chris), Corey (Melissa), McKenna, Charlotte, Connor, Adam, Zachary, Kyle, Chris, Michael and Sarah; and 1 great-grandson, Erik; brother and sister-in-law, Kip and Kathy Campbell; brother, Roger Campbell; sister-in-law, Judy Bradley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Richard Steiner, Brian Clayton, Corey Wilford, Chris Fast, Aaron Campbell, and Bradley Baggett. Services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park, 2260 Los Osos Valley Rd, Los Osos, CA, Visitation will be held prior to the services beginning at 9:00 a.m. Lonna Nagle, Dec. 19, 1938 ~ Jan. 11, 2008 Legacy.com
