Ashley Elayne Hawkins-Hearron
1980 - 2007

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 21st, 1:00 p.m., at Landmark Christian Center, in Porterville, for Ashley Elayne Hawkins- Hearron, 27, of Bakersfield, who passed away September 17, 2007. Pastors Paulette Blaylock and Ken Noel will officiate and interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, in Porterville.

Ashley was born June 12, 1980, in Porterville, to Doyle and Elayne Hawkins and was raised and attended grade school there. She graduated from North High School in Bakersfield.

She married Derrick Hearron on September 7, 2002, in Bakersfield.

Ashley was a teacher and loved being with her kids. She was employed at Valley Baptist Preschool and most recently at St. John's Lutheran Christian School. Ashley traveled with Nancy Harmon Ministries and grew up traveling with her family known as the Seville's Ministries.

She enjoyed decorating and will be remembered as a person who had many friends, and no enemies. She loved life and her smile would light up a room.

Ashley loved everyone and was a great mother, wife and daughter.

She is survived by her loving husband, Derrick Hearron; and her two young sons, Brad and Corbin Hearron, all of Bakersfield; her parents, Doyle and Elayne Hawkins of Porterville; and her father and mother-in-law, Dennis and Calleen Hearron of Bakersfield; her grandmothers, Stella Delk of Porterville and Vivian Hawkins of Nashville, TN; her sister, Kourtney Hawkins; and her brother, Aaron Duemmel, both of Porterville; her sisters-in-law, Mallory Hearron of Bakersfield and Melissa Just of Bismark, ND; her brother-in-law, Brandon Hearron of Bakersfield; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation for Ashley will be held at Landmark Christian Center, today Thursday, September 20th, from 5-7 p.m.

Memorial gifts may be made in Ashley's name to Landmark Christian Center, 2380 W. Olive Avenue, Porterville, CA 93257.
