Evergreen Cemetery is a privately owned rural cemetery that is an American Civil War site where Battle of Gettysburg headquarters were located for the XI Corps (Union Army)[10] In 1854, Evergreen Cemetery became the eponym for East Cemetery Hill (formerly Raffensberger's Hill).
